Originally established in 2007, Ausgroup Project Management (AGPM) is a departure from Ausgroup Property and Development and operates as a professional project management company, occasionally embarking on their own developments. Since its inception we have been building a reputation as a company that prides itself on excellence. Whether the project is high rise apartments, townhouses, student accommodation, single or dual occupancy houses, our aim is to create a high quality development - working within the development budget. The vast experience of AGPM spans architecture, construction, interior design, sales and marketing. Collectively this enables us to project-manage to the standards that our discerning clients and investors have come to expect.

Responsibility

It is our responsibility to manage and deliver projects that exceed the expectations of investor and purchaser alike. That's why we have spent a number of years creating and nurturing relationships. We specialise in the management of the entire development including:

Location scouting

We have partnered with several reputable agents that provide a number of opportunities before reaching the market place.

Site acquisition

Our tenacity and experience in negotiating means that we we'll always get the very best price for a new site. We also have a long standing relationship with lawyers to help facilitate the transaction.

Development pre-planning

Advise and assist in the structure and the project development.

Design / Town planning

Selection, briefing and on-going management of architects, interior designers & landscape designers. We also have a team of town planning experts with a very successful track record in VCAT and are excellent at being able to push the council regulations envelope.

Fund Management

It is pivotal to the success of the development to seek and secure investors and gain support from banks to raise capital to underwrite the construction. Once secured, AGPM manages all cost centres and disbursements to keep construction going on time and on budget.

Sales & marketing

Through established estate agents we secure off-the-plan sales to further assist in underwriting the development. Marketing material(brochures, renders, plans, websites, etc) is created to enable agents to take the development to market.

Construction

We tightly manage the entire construction process ensuring all milestones and key stages are met. Long term relationships with a number of builders means we can select the right builder for the right job.

Reporting & analysis

We are very diligent about providing regular updates to key stakeholders regarding the project, budget, timings and sales.

85 Tram Road, Doncaster

AGPM acquired this stunning development of 11 apartments. We successfully negotiated with the receiver for AGPM to take over this unfinished project and bring it back to life. With only 5 months capital holding the project delivered mass profits for investors. This is a great example of AGPM's rigorous negotiation and construction management.
