Originally established in 2007, Ausgroup Project Management (AGPM) is a departure from Ausgroup Property and Development and operates as a professional project management company, occasionally embarking on their own developments. Since its inception we have been building a reputation as a company that prides itself on excellence. It is pivotal to the success of the development to seek and secure investors and gain support from banks to raise capital to underwrite the construction. Once secured, AGPM manages all cost centres and disbursements to keep construction going on time and on budget.
Through established estate agents we secure off-the-plan sales to further assist in underwriting the development. Marketing material(brochures, renders, plans, websites, etc) is created to enable agents to take the development to market.
We tightly manage the entire construction process ensuring all milestones and key stages are met. Long term relationships with a number of builders means we can select the right builder for the right job.
We are very diligent about providing regular updates to key stakeholders regarding the project, budget, timings and sales.
